| There is no known/published test data to back up any claims of the ported pumps being better or worse than OEM. For such a critical piece, you can't say people aren't in the right to want legit facts before they go trusting it. By your "Just about anything you port will be better" comment, you'd say that not running a restrictor in the oil feed line to a BB turbo is better. It is not. So your thought process there is a bit off. If you try to stress you said "just about anything" than you kind of proved your own point: not everything is better ported. And that goes right back to there is *no* public info about the ported pumps being better, which is why most people are wary about them.
